Abstract: The School Action Research is conducted with the aim to find out the accomplishment of accompaniment pattern of process standard implementation that can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, teachers’ competency in implementing the standards process , marked by increasing teachers’ competence in preparing learning tools, teachers’ competence in carrying out the learning and teachers’ competence in assessing learning process, and the quality of learning in primary schools.
The experiment was conducted in SD N IV Wates Kulonprogo, along with the program of quality assurance accompaniment of LPMP Yogyakarta from March to May 2010. The research subjects were teachers at the school. The results of this study are that the accompaniment of the process standard implementation can enhance (1) the competence of teachers in preparing learning tools, as shown by an increase in the average value of data from observation instrument of learning tools which are: 52.92, 63.13, and 71.88; (2) the teachers’ competence in carrying out learning, as shown by an increase in the average value of data from observation instrument of learning tools which are: 59.64, 64.12, and 73.38; and (3) the competence of teachers in improving student performance in participating in
learning as shown by an increase in average value data from observation instrument of learning tools which are: 57.19, 69.90, and 72.81. berita selengkapnya..
